At III Elements Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured with care, intention, and high-quality natural ingredients. We take great pride in what we create and want you to love your experience as much as we loved making it.

That said, we know things happen — and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right with your order.

Return Eligibility


    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    To be eligible, your item must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging.
    Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns on used candles, partially burned items, or custom orders.
    Please note that natural variations in scent strength and color can occur — it’s part of what makes small-batch production special.

Essential Oil Candles vs. Synthetic Fragrance Candles

Our candles are made with pure essential oils, never synthetic fragrance.
Because of this, the scent experience is more natural and subtle than mass-produced candles made with artificial fragrance oils.

Essential oil candles don’t overwhelm a space — they gently enhance it. You can expect a clean, balanced burn that supports wellness without the heavy chemical intensity found in traditional scented candles.

We believe this distinction matters — not just for your home’s atmosphere, but for your health and peace of mind.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at iiielementscandleco@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at iiielementscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
If you’d like to try a different scent or size, please return the unused product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Our Commitment

We understand that scent is personal — and while we can’t accept returns on used candles, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your experience. If you’re unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set to explore all three of our core blends: Calm, Reset, and Gather.

Returned candles that cannot be resold are responsibly recycled or donated whenever possible.
